Satellites of Arab Cinema seeks to build a regional network of micro-cinema labs, facilitating film production outside the heavy-handed industry framework. Building on the constraint-based methodology piloted by Two.Five's Super 8 competition in Cairo, the project will reenact the experiment in Casablanca, producing a series of open-source manuals to share the methodology on a wider scale.
