Body Valley Chain explores the relationship between individuals and their bodies through feminist and ecological approaches, in the context of Lebanon’s Beqaa region. It brings together research and intersectional knowledge, ranging from examining the body’s position within social and economic systems to documenting memory and heritage, drawing on artistic and movement-based practices. The project aims to develop tools for care and collective healing, and rethink body memory, as well as personal and collective experiences and trauma, ultimately producing a new sensory narrative of the relationship with the body.
