Ahlam El Dirani is an artist and performing arts practitioner, as well as a facilitator of creative workshops grounded in feminist approaches. She is engaged in cooperative organizing among cultural and artistic workers and in feminist facilitation practices. Ahlam holds a degree in economics and a degree in acting and directing from the Lebanese University, as well as a technical master’s degree in psychosocial support from the International Organization for Migration in partnership with the university. Her research focuses on developments in the relationship between mindful movement practices and expressive creative writing.
