On Arriving: Fragments explores travel and wandering within the Palestinian landscape, its ebb and flow shifting between the river and the sea. In a series of autobiographical prose pieces, documentary reflections meet theoretical inquiry, questioning what it means to be stripped of belonging and to navigate the open-ended possibilities of an unstable country. Charting the emergence of roads as recorded over the past century, the project assembles an evolving lexicon of directions.
