The eighth edition of the Theater is a Must International Independent Theater and Performing Arts Festival is set to take place in Alexandria on November 3-11. The theme for this year’s festival is “Post-Body,” exploring several thematics: the materialization versus dematerialization of the body, inherited trauma versus muscle memory, and how we perceive our bodies in a post-digital world. Alongside the festival’s thematic focus, Hewar will offer two long-term mentorship programs.
