Marie-Nour Hechaime

Marie-Nour Hechaime is a curator and writer based in Beirut. Her curatorial practice engages with the intersections of arts, politics and environmental humanities, seeking to articulate points of interrelation between disciplines and generate alternative forms of knowledge and collaboration. From 2020 to 2024, she worked as curator of contemporary art at the Sursock Museum (Beirut). Marie-Nour is currently editing Flight of the Locust, a publication rethinking environmental histories and colonial legacies in the Levant.
