Sara Naba is a Palestinian researcher, short story writer and graphic storyteller. She graduated in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in English literature and translation from Birzeit University. Her work uses visual storytelling to create layered reading experiences and narratives, merging image and text to reveal new dimensions of a story.
Sara’s writing engages with anti-colonial academic and literary research, and she approaches it as an act of creation and a reflective practice, translating her perspective into written worlds. She understands her work as stemming from a gratitude to Palestine and as a way of giving back. She is currently a project coordinator at the Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center in Ramallah.
