AMANAR, from the Tamazight "guiding star," is a high-impact touring program for short film development and international distribution, by the Marrakech Short Film Festival. Five MENA filmmakers will receive 12 months of mentorship and will take part in a 4-day industry lab in Marrakech, before traveling to Egypt with the Egyptian Film Producers Club (EFPC), carrying their projects and a curated screening program across borders.
