Oppenheimer-AI is a video installation and research-based art project that lays out the connections between AI’s involvement in Big Tech and the military and the art world, with a particular focus on the neo-colonial dynamics of the use of AI in the Middle East. The project aims to spark critical discussion about how we might develop more ethical, decolonial approaches to technological engagement and reject being used as an onboarding tool for Big Tech.
