Through these stories, the author seeks to understand life and its thorny expanse, through which we move like a drifting boat in the ocean, pushed around by waves and wind. The stories explore a person’s stance toward life and oneself, delving into themes of gratuitous madness, absurd death, sorrow, happiness, and the essence of existence. This work is an effort to understand the self through contemplation, possibly through the characters moving within the writer's theater of narrative, and broadly understanding the essence of the human — me, you, and the others.
