Strange storms of yellow dust besiege a Mediterranean city and its outskirts. Nacer, a 45-year old journalist, investigates the phenomenon. While Nacer observes the occurrence of supernatural events, Fajar, returning from a long exile, moves in with him. Nacer’s nephew, Yacine, begins to hear the dead speaking out. Threatened by ever-growing storms, Nacer must confront a past that haunts him.
