This project sheds light on the plight of the Syrian and Lebanese LGTBQ+ community. By relying on special lighting effects and personal narratives to elicit emotional responses around the subjects, the grantee wants to bring out identities that are buried right below the surface of everyday life and commonly sidelined by mainstream media in the region.
