The project documents the life and works of the Palestinian artist Nabil Anani. With contributions from Mourid Bargthouti, Salwa Mikdadi, Nada Shabout, Bashir Makhoul and Tina Sherwell, Saqi Books (UK) will develop a monograph charting the artistic outputs of one of Palestine’s foremost artists. The period covered is from 1975 - 2017. The publication will be the first comprehensive treatment of Anani’s work, bringing his remarkable artistic journey to audiences across the Middle East and internationally.
