This is a dance performance that invokes the presence of men in mourning rituals, and deals with the concept of inherited modern masculinity with all the authoritarian, social, and political connotations that it carries. The project explores its topic via the concept of Land of Fire, with its religious dimensions related to hell and punishment in the afterlife, as well as the concept of Burnt Land with its war-related political dimension and the ends and beginnings it leads to.
