Roi Saade

Roï Saade is a multidisciplinary artist combining graphic design, photography and visual arts elements. He has a Masters degree from USEK University in Lebanon and is currently a Research Associate and executive board member at the Access in the Making research lab at Concordia University in Montreal. Roï’s work explores ways to resist systems of domination and inequality, investigating past and present collective memory by documenting personal encounters. His process-based practice centers on close collaboration between artist, designer and curator. 

Roï also designs and curates photography exhibitions, film festivals and magazines, and he specializes in book design, exploring the social and cultural meanings of images.
