Ossama Helmy (OzOz) is an Egyptian multidisciplinary artist, collector, theater actor and storyteller. He studied anthropology and began his career as a singer. OzOz is the founder of AudiOz Archive, a collection housed in his apartment that brings together music, archival materials and home recordings, alongside a set of analogue playback devices. The archive is open to artists and researchers and serves as the basis for his creative projects, which span performance art, lecture-performances, exhibitions and podcasts. OzOz also works in interactive education using origami.
