Rima Jabaly is a 22-year-old Palestinian filmmaker from Gaza. Rima has a deep love for photography and filmmaking, and her expertise spans graphic design, editing, animation, writing, directing, and cinematography. Since she was young, Rima has aspired to be a filmmaker and believes in the transformative power of storytelling. She is actively involved in the local youth scene for film in Gaza, participating in several initiatives and collaborating with other young filmmakers. After enduring 200 days of genocide in Gaza and four months of exile in Egypt, Rima is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Multimedia and IT at the University of A Coruña in Spain.
