Hadeel Abu Shuqair is a Jordanian filmmaker, cinematographer, and production designer based in Irbid, and a graduate of the Jordan Cinema Academy. With nearly a decade in professional photography, her visual language informs her cinematic practice. Her graduation documentary Hayat (2025), which she directed and shot, was funded by the Royal Film Commission – Jordan (RFC). In 2023, she co-directed The Power of Will: Captain Ali Al-Sawalmeh's Journey through a program with the RFC and the Humpty Dumpty Institute. Her work centers on intimate narratives, resilience, and identity through observational realism.
