Yousef Abdul Rahim Nateel is a Palestinian filmmaker, director, and producer whose work focuses on memory, identity, and visual storytelling in Gaza. He holds a diploma in Television Arts from Palestine Technical College in Deir al-Balah, Gaza. Since 2008, he has worked in documentary filmmaking and media production, collaborating with local and international organizations. From 2011 to 2018, he managed the Skills Media Production agency where he supervised and produced documentary and audiovisual projects. He later worked as a communications assistant with UNFPA in Gaza (2018–2020). He has collaborated with UK institutions including Sheffield Hallam University.
