Shereen Hasanin is an artist and architect from Gaza, working at the intersection of art, architecture, and memory, with a special focus on documenting the relationship between humans and space in contexts of conflict and transformation. Through her projects, she has developed visual and narrative approaches that combine sound, image, and architectural blueprints to explore the intimate dimensions of daily life inside homes and cities. She has participated in international exhibitions and art initiatives, and has worked on producing films, collages, and multimedia projects that document individual and collective memory. Through her artistic practice, she seeks to create sensory experiences that rebuild the human meaning of space and give voice to marginalized experiences, especially within the Palestinian context.
