Koor Studio is a research, design, and learning space focusing on architecture and urbanism in Palestine. It seeks to explore new intersections between knowledge and practice, through experimental, cross-disciplinary methodologies. Its work is grounded in the belief that engaging with questions on the present and future of sustainable and resilient construction and urban development in Palestine starts with engaging with the rich and extensive history of diverse urban relationships, practices, and elements in Palestine and its surroundings. Koor Studio was founded in April 2025 by three experts seeking to develop new tools for understanding and producing architecture and urbanism, beyond conventional frameworks of knowledge and practice in Palestine.
