Ahmed Eladawy

Egypt
Ahmed Eladawy is a researcher in environmental engineering and coastal hydrodynamics. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Science Tokyo. He has extensive expertise in ocean modeling, thermal changes and coastal system management. His research focuses on the Red Sea, the Nile Delta and coastal regions in Asia, with a strong publication portfolio in international journals on marine heatwaves, coral reefs and coastal dynamics. He has taught at Cairo and Mansoura universities, supervised students from different countries and contributed to international projects bridging engineering and environmental studies. He is a recipient of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science’s fellowship and several research grants. Ahmed continues to develop methodologies that integrate environmental modeling with applied analysis to support the sustainability of coasts and water resources.
