El Warcha is a collective and collaborative design studio founded in 2016 in the medina of Tunis. Its mission is to promote hands-on education and civic engagement through the creation of temporary furniture, art installations and public events co-designed with local residents. The workshop space and collective making are central to its practice, which includes weekly public activities as well as longer participatory projects.

Since 2022, El Warcha has been based in Kram, where it has focused on developing public installations and performances, including Floating Cinéma (2022), Cirque Foug El Me (2023), and Flouka Fi Smé (2024). Since 2024, the collective has operated under the legal structure of Mobdi’un, an association created in Kram in 2018.
