Mauro Mazzocchi is an Italian Producer and filmmaker who originally studied philosophy and theatre studies. He has collaborated with his partner Yosr Gasmi on two films; they co-directed, wrote and produced I Want to Go Mad, Raving Mad - L.E.N.Z (2016) and released it independently. The film screened at FIDMarseille in 2017. In 2023, they released their documentary Geology of Separation (2023) to raise awareness about migration. The film was selected for the International Film Festival Rotterdam 2023.
