MMAG is a contemporary art foundation that strives to contribute to the future of art practice and pedagogy in the region by drawing on historical encounters and contextual issues. Founded in 2017, MMAG is a non-profit organization officially registered with the Jordanian Ministry of Culture and originally established with a founding contribution from the Abu Ghazaleh family. Through art, it works to facilitate opportunities to shape responsible approaches to learning, knowledge-making and sharing and modes of dialogue.

With a program of residencies, exhibitions, workshops, talks and screenings, the institution invites artists across all disciplines to engage in critical conversation, challenging cultural and societal models.
