Ezwa is a women-led, grassroots initiative based in the villages of Madaba, Jordan. Founded in January 2018, Ezwa is committed to empowering indigenous Bedouin women and their families through community-based, culturally rooted and self-sufficient development. The initiative’s mission is to strengthen local capacities by applying traditional knowledge to promote cultural wellbeing, socioeconomic resilience and sustainable local solutions. Ezwa operates as a collective that merges cultural preservation with livelihood support.
