Founded in 2000 by a group of cultural and community figures, the Fraternity Association for Social Cultural Work serves as a space for engagement with cultural, intellectual, educational, economic and humanitarian issues. As a non-profit organization with no political or religious affiliations, it operates within Palestinian communities — particularly in the Burj al-Barajneh and El Buss refugee camps in Tyre.
