Maria Dally

Palestine
Maria Dally is a dancer and performer who lives in Palestine. She is a member of the Stereo 48 Dance Company, where she has participated in productions such as HipHop Geez (2017-2018), Journey to Jerusalem (2019-2020), What Did You Do Behind the Curtain? (2022), Within This Party (2023) and the False Awakening dance series (2020). Maria has performed in various dance and theater productions, including Belebele Bel (2012) with the Khashabi Ensemble in Haifa. She also participated in Badke (2016), co-produced by KVS, Le Ballets C de la B and the A.M. Qattan Foundation and directed by Koen Augustijnen, Rosalba Torres and Hildegard De Vuyest, which toured internationally in 2016. She was also part of Behind These Walls I Know There Is a Sea (2017), co-produced by Sareyyet Ramallah, the Ramallah Contemporary Dance Festival and Athanasia Kanellopoulou, who directed the performance. Other works include Seen Unseen (2023), with Company E and Sareyyet Ramallah; The Palestinian Sister: One Thousand and One Nights (2024), a co-production with O BNADO Theatre and Olga Roriz Dance Company, Portugal; and Arabesqua (2024) in Al Saraya Theater, Jaffa.
