Ashtar Muallem is a multidisciplinary artist from Jerusalem working across circus, dance and theater. Performing since the age of 14, Ashtar creates her own works and collaborates with companies working in Palestine and Europe. Her projects include B-Orders (2014), Enheduanna (2019) and her most recent solo show, Cosmos / Awalem (2021). In recent years, she has begun working in film as an actor and director. Condemned to Dream is her first feature documentary.
