Ismail Fayed is a Cairo-based writer, journalist and critic whose work focuses on contemporary art practices. He has collaborated with art institutions in Egypt and the region and was assistant editor of Modern Art in the Arab World: Primary Documents published by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
