Aseel Ehab is Yemen’s youth ambassador for heritage and culture for the year 2023. He is an artist and storyteller who produces visual and aural work. He is also a creative director, a visual artist and an animation specialist who received an award from the United Nations Development Programme’s Arab youth development program Visualize 2030. He is the founder of Bun Cast, which is concerned with documenting intangible aspects of Yemeni heritage and which presents heritage and cultural content to audiences in the form of a podcast. He is one of the mentors of the Cultural Networks Yemen project, which is supported by the Goethe-Institut.
