Inès Arsi

Inès Arsi is a filmmaker who graduated from École Supérieure de l'Audiovisuel et du Cinéma (ESAC, Tunis) in scriptwriting and directing. She has directed several short films that have been awarded on festival circuits, including the documentary Thick Skin (2022), which was supported by Doc House Tunisia and Mawjoudin. She also trained in documentary filmmaking and scriptwriting at the summer university of La Fémis, where she directed the documentary Toute la vérité, rien que la vérité (All the truth, nothing but the truth) (2016). Her graduation film Yes but no was awarded Best School Film at the Gabes Film Festival, which qualified her to serve as a UNIMED jury member at the 74th edition of the Venice Film Festival. She is active in various organizations and collectives and has served as a story consultant for French and Arabic projects at WScripted.
