The project consists in a script for a play that narrates how a wiretapping mission assigned to a police officer turns into a meeting between his rural world and the world of a writer and translator originally from Cairo. During the long hours of listening in, he discovers that she is an ordinary human being like himself who shares his quotidian concerns. The two worlds collide and intersect in one moment. What can such an encounter yield?
