Faten Jaouadi is an Administrative Counselor at the Tunisian National Theater. She has a rich professional career spanning more than twenty years in administration, production, distribution, and the logistical organization of theatrical and artistic events in Tunisia.

Her professional journey began in 2003 at the National School of Circus Arts of the Tunisian National Theater, where she developed extensive field experience in the logistical organization of major theatrical and artistic events in Tunisia. Over several editions, she supervised the logistical aspects of the Carthage Theatre Days Festival and the Carthage International Festival. She also served as a member of the General Administration and Coordination Committee of the Carthage Choreographic Days Festival for two consecutive editions.
