Chaymaa Ramzi is a cultural leader, creative economy entrepreneur and strategic consultant with over two decades of experience shaping the arts landscape across the Middle East and North Africa. As the founder of Creative Invest and MaMA Artist Management and the executive director of Shelter Art Space in Egypt, she has pioneered initiatives that connect artists, institutions and communities and has driven sustainable growth in the creative sector.

A graduate of business administration from Alexandria University and an international fellow in arts management and strategic planning from the DeVos Institute at the University of Maryland, Chaymaa combines business acumen with cultural insight. She has partnered with public, private and civil society actors to design programs that foster cross-cultural dialogue, advance arts education and influence creative economy policy.

Her career spans leadership roles including art manager at the Anna Lindh Foundation. In recent years, she has served as a cultural policy researcher for major African and Egyptian institutions and as a mentor supporting capacity building for the creative industries. Chaymaa’s work is united by a commitment to building resilient cultural ecosystems and empowering the next generation of creative talent.
