Laila Aoudj is a producer and artistic director of film and cultural festivals. After studying at EM Strasbourg Business School and at FEMIS, she joined the Bejaia International Film Festival in 2014, where she served as an artistic director and programmer for five years. In 2019, she co-founded Dima Cinéma, a cultural cooperative working to establish an alternative film distribution network in Algeria. Since 2024, Laila has served as the director of operations for Terres en vues/Land InSights, which hosts a film and performing arts festival in Montreal.
