Cité Nour – a religiously conservative, decrepit neighborhood in a small Tunisian town set to be razed to the ground – suddenly becomes the sight of wonder, after Leila, 13, performs a series of miracles. However, the townspeople’s wonder at their heroine gives way to suspicion and Leila finds herself having to navigate the dual positions of witch or saint.
