The titular character of the performance Lula 19/85 is a cyborg (Ziggy Stardust lookalike) freedom fighter, broadcasting their last message before a suicide mission in 2250. Further in the future, two historians/archeologists are deciphering traces of the message to unravel the tale. The audience in the present is witnessing the traces of a future that is still waiting to happen.
