Egypt is the gift of the Nile, but there have been repeated warnings of a future water crisis. In the grantee’s village, a water crisis already exists. Some blame it on the El-Nahda Dam which  reportedly  cuts  water supply in half. Farmers don't know the cause, but they are drinking and irrigating their lands using  wastewater, thereby harming their health and agriculture. The project is about the village and the people surviving this catastrophe.
